Hi, I’m Lea! Welcome to our cozy 180° city-view guest suite in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Each unit has its own entrance and bathroom for added privacy. Both units can be booked together if needed. Kitchenette included. No smoking, vaping, marijuana or illegal drugs. A $200 cleaning fee applies if evidence is found. Check-out: 11 AM.

This is a comfortable and warm newly remodeled private guest house, with amazing 180°view of the city that will give you an unforgettable trip. The room has full amenities including refrigerator, smart TV, Wifi, and all utensils. Private bathroom is included and a separate laundry reserved solely for guests. If the host is available, transportation to airports can be provided with an extra cost. The house is 10 min from the Santa Anita Racetrack, methodist hospital, metro station, mall and asian supermarket. 5 min from 210 freeway, 1 min from Vons, and 20 min to Pasadena.

No smoking is allowed on the premise. The use of marijuana or any other drugs on the premise of the property is strictly prohibited. There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking and drug use on the premise.
