100% recommend this homestay. First, the home: clean, great A/C and fan, come and go as you please and quiet. Next, Mrs Thuy is amazing! She helped us from everything to our airport pick up to our bus to Cat Ba Island, navigating the Hanoi City buses and more! She is a genuinely sweet and kind person who wants to help you in any way. Lastly, there was always coffee and fruit in the morning even though we never expected it.

This place was amazing. Always ready to help, even talking with my cab drivers to make sure I got to where I had to go. You will not regret staying here one bit. Beds were comfortable and washrooms were super clean with hot water showers. I was able to do my own laundry (sometimes you just want to do it yourself). I highly highly highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for letting me stay ;);)

We had a very nice stay with Thuy and her family. The family is very warm and friendly and Thuy is highly competent. She speaks english and french fluently and helped us a lot. We also had a nice evening together with the family learning how to prepare spring rolls and joining the dinner. The whole place has a western comfort standard. You can talk a 30 min walk to reach the city centre or go with the local bus or taxi. We definitely recommend this place.

Staying with Thuy and Lam was great! The room was spacious and the ammenities are perfect. There were everything we need nearby, including bowls of Pho by the street! Thuy and Lam are friendly and love to chat and share their stories. They are very helpful too in giving us directions. It was indeed a pleasant stay in Chezlinhlinh House!

My experience at this homestay is super good and the hosts are super friendly and willing to offer help. They even invited me for a dinner! Also, the tours that the host recommended are super enjoyable and I love it a lot. Though the location of this homestay is not in the old quarter, but it is really convenient and cheap to go from there to the homestay. And you could actually observe the real life of the vietnamese.

Thay and her family have a beautiful house and made me feel very welcome. My room was very large and comfortable. It had its own ensuite. There are bus stops close by and I was shown on a map in detail how to get to the attractions I wanted to visit. They also recommended restaurants to try. I needed to arrange a sleeper train from Hanoi as well as a mini bus to Halong and Thuy couldn't have been more helpful in doing this for me. I would highly recommend staying here if you planning a visit to Hanoi.
