Welcome to Chezlinhlinh House, the House of Love
Welcome to Chezlinhlinh House, the House of Love, in the city center of Hanoi, Vietnam. With nicely decorated rooms and air conditioning you can expect a cozy and comfortable place to stay as well as being treated as a member of our family.
Located in the former Ngoc Ha flower village, near the botanical park of Hanoi you can enjoy (a great central location near all the sights and sounds of Hanoi) healthy living environment and just a few minutes you could access to Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, West Lake and Temple of Literature.
My family has been living in Hanoi for 300 years passing down through 14 generations, witnessing the history as well as modern period so we are positioned to share with you our lovely historical Hanoi.
Spend a few days with us, going to buy food in the local market, prepare Nem (noodles with various ingredients) and enjoy the local cuisine, drink a cup of lotus tea or Vietnamese coffee. You will enjoy and learn more about our Hanoi than staying in a standard guest house or hotel.
We work in the Vietnam tourism industry over 12 years and as a division of Amo Vietnam Travel, we can assist you in the perfect itinerary in the North of Vietnam as well as in other part of the Country, Cambodia and Laos.
Thuy and her husband were very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect; close enough to everything and far enough from the touristy areas to avoid getting ”foreigner-prices.” They made us nem, and it the best nem we have had so far.
On arrival, she provided us with tons of information: map and directions (via 2 main bus routes), basic food words, and wrote her address in case we get lost.
They helped us book an amazing trip to Ha Long Bay in a junk boat and also helped us get visa approval letters for a relatively small fee.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone! The only downside of our trip was the noise from the construction across. They informed us and asked if we wanted a different room (that was not directly across the construction) before we settled in. The construction was out of their control, and we opted to stay in the room directly across the construction because we are relatively heavy sleepers.
The host give us a map and tell us about transportation. We had a nice stay! I want to come back again!
A fantastic place. The room was huge, with an attached room containing a fridge, desk and kettle, and a nice bathroom. Spotlessly clean, a very comfortable bed, great aircon, even your own wifi router and filtered water on tap downstairs!
For those wishing to see an alternative side of Hanoi, it's also a fantastic neighbourhood. Explore the surrounding alleyways and you'll meet friendly, inquisitive locals, see all kinds of interesting activity and little shops, and most probably get a little bit lost! It was my first taste of Hanoi and I loved it so much more than the Old Quarter.
Thuy and her husband also kindly helped me with taxis, maps, advice and so on. I was grateful for that.
I stayed for four nights. My only improvement would be if Chezlinhlinh could feel more like a traditional home stay, rather than a guesthouse (which was my experience). I'm quite jealous of other reviewers who shared meals with the family or met all of their children properly! Sadly I didn't get the opportunity. But otherwise, pretty faultless :)
Nobody could make so perfect my staying in Vietnam as Thuy!! She is fantastic. She was always in touch and is a very polite person, as all vietnamese people. I absolutely reccommend her house and her attention. The room is big, comfortable and tidy. Thanks Thuy for all!!!
Chez Linhlinh are a lovely and very welcoming family with very sweet children. I had dinner with them on my first evening and it was fabulous to just be able to get a home feeling after a nightmare journey. It's a very well looked after place. They are very helpful and of good advice. Their house is well located and an easy bus ride, just takes a bit of practice to remember your way but then it's easy. Totally recommend the place!
I could have a awesome vacation thanks to Chezlinhlinh House! And appreciate host family's kindness, for example arranging transportation from and to airport, introducing nice local travel agency for Halong bay cruise, and serving quick dinner and breakfast for us.
The room we stayed was so beautiful and amenity was good too.
Me and my two children had a great stay at Chezlinhlinh House and Travel. We were warmly welcomed, and our two rooms were splendid, spacious, and clean and nicely decorated. The guesthouse is not far from West lake, where we spent some time, and only a short trip by taxi or bus to the center of Hanoi. We also got help from the hosts and their travel agency to arrange our whole stay in vietnam, with tours in Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Phu Quoc island, and up the Mekong River. We enjoyed ourselves!
We really enjoyed our brief stay with Thuy and Lam. They were perfect hosts and the room and house were beautiful - a big firm but comfortable bed and a light and airy room with a great bathroom.
Thuy also arranged our trip to Halong Bay, and she and Lam went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Nous passons un séjour fantastique linhlinh . Thuy est d'une gentillesse rare. Elle est au petit soins avec nous. Une vrai maman!!!Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour un séjour à Hanoi.
