Highridge is one of the most beautiful and convenient condominium accommodations in the area, which offers winter and summer adventures driven by boundless outdoor opportunities. We are located in the heart of the Green Mountains approximately one mile from Killington base lodge, making this the ideal base camp for both winter or summer.
Beautifully decorated multi-level 990 Sq ft condo with loft, only minutes from Killington base. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo (sleeps 6) with cathedral ceilings & skylights with beautiful views of the ski slopes and neighboring mountains. 1 bedroom with king sized bed, loft area with queen sized bed, & living room with comfortable queen sofa sleeper. This unit has Free WIFI and flat panel TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all utensils, cookware, glassware, full size appliances and dishwasher. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Linens, bath towels, wash cloths, bath mat(s), hand soap, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet tissue, facial tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, dish washing soaps, dish towels, laundry detergent and coffee filters are provided. Their is a beautiful wood burning fireplace with plenty of firewood available free of charge. This deluxe unit has both a sauna and jacuzzi tub with full access to fitness center which includes: Game room, locker rooms, towel service, exercise equipment, large indoor pool, 20 person outdoor hot tub & tennis courts. Free bus service is available to/from the mountain.
Guest will be provided key less access codes to the unit and the fitness center 3 days prior to arrival.

I am always available via e-mail or by phone to answer any questions before, during, or after my guest's stay. I welcome comments and feedback and strive to meet and/or exceed my guest's expectations.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit.
Units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Pets are NOT allowed.
There is no daily housekeeping service. The cleaning fee is for inspection and cleaning after departure. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by ensuring all dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.
Guests have full access to the fitness center during the duration of their stay and during normal operating hours. Guests must abide, at all times, by the rules and regulations posted at the Fitness Center.
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Parking areas and driveways are well maintained; however, we do not issue refunds due to road conditions.
Joan is very friendly and organized, has great communication and easy to work with. Location is great, very easy access to the ski area. The place itself is neat and well kept. Overall definitely recommend.
Joan was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to our questions. We spent a relaxing month in Killington, and the condo quickly felt like home. The condo was very comfortable and clean with a very well-equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the amazing view from the living room window. We were lucky enough to watch the beginnings of fall, but I imagine the views are stellar in every season.
This condo was totally unacceptable in every way. I had rented for the months of July & August (having been in Killington before). I arrived to find that the bed could not be slept on ( mattress & box springs were unusable). Owner said buy a mattress pad. I said that wouldn't fix a broken mattress. She said she wasn't replacing mattress. Bed wasn't made. No cold water. No TV. Very shabby kitchen. Then in attempt to be able to sleep, turned mattress over - found years of debris under bed: candy wrappers, soiled kleenex & worse, mountains of dust.
When I decided to leave I was charged $145 per night (!) plus entire cleaning fee which would have been applicable to entire summer.
Totally horrible experience.
Unfortunately not every guest can be accomodated when they have expectations that far exceed the host descriptions and photos provided on this website. Guest arrived prior to the designated check in time therefore housekeeping was still working and the beds were not yet made. Issues with the cold water and television were addressed in a timely manner. Cleaning fees are a one time fee on departure regardless of duration of the stay. The unit is clean and well maintained, unfortunately for $33 per night (on a long term rental) you don't get the Ritz Carlton.
We all enjoyed the nice, clean, cozy condo. The 3 minute walk to the hot tub and sports center was worth it. It was nice to have a wood burning fireplace. We would come back again. It was not over the top but very nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Did a long weekend in Joan's condo. The unit was clean and comfortable and accommodated the 6 adults in our group very well. It was great having the fitness center available, which was very well equipped and convenient to use. Very enjoyable experience overall.
