Highridge is one of the most beautiful and convenient condominium accommodations in the area, which offers winter and summer adventures driven by boundless outdoor opportunities. We are located in the heart of the Green Mountains approximately one mile from Killington base lodge, making this the ideal base camp for both winter or summer.
Beautifully decorated multi-level 990 Sq ft condo with loft, only minutes from Killington base. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo (sleeps 6) with cathedral ceilings & skylights with beautiful views of the ski slopes and neighboring mountains. 1 bedroom with king sized bed, loft area with queen sized bed, & living room with comfortable queen sofa sleeper. This unit has Free WIFI and flat panel TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all utensils, cookware, glassware, full size appliances and dishwasher. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Linens, bath towels, wash cloths, bath mat(s), hand soap, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet tissue, facial tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, dish washing soaps, dish towels, laundry detergent and coffee filters are provided. Their is a beautiful wood burning fireplace with plenty of firewood available free of charge. This deluxe unit has both a sauna and jacuzzi tub with full access to fitness center which includes: Game room, locker rooms, towel service, exercise equipment, large indoor pool, 20 person outdoor hot tub & tennis courts. Free bus service is available to/from the mountain.
Guest will be provided key less access codes to the unit and the fitness center 3 days prior to arrival.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit.
Units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Pets are NOT allowed.
There is no daily housekeeping service. The cleaning fee is for inspection and cleaning after departure. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by ensuring all dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.
Guests have full access to the fitness center during the duration of their stay and during normal operating hours. Guests must abide, at all times, by the rules and regulations posted at the Fitness Center.
No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Parking areas and driveways are well maintained; however, we do not issue refunds due to road conditions.
