Welcome to the true labor of love of a custom home designer/builder. This Arts and Crafts inspired home has been my personal residence for 32 years. The home's exterior is Japanese/Southwest inspired, set in a lush oasis of mature landscaping and green lawns. The handcrafted interior is all about details, ranging from custom wood trim and inlays to local colored sand plastered walls. The ambiance of this home is one of warmth, beauty, serenity, and comfort.

There are many amazing natural wonders right out the front door. Head out for Sedona's legendary hiking or mountain biking, and return home to comfort. This handcrafted home will provide all the amenities you need.

Beverly Welch and Katie Howland: Bev opened the first health food store in Sedona (Beverly’s Market) in the 1980's. She has been part of the Sedona community for over 40 years. Bev's youngest daughter Katie, after a career in the arts, now manages the family’s properties from Portland OR where Bev's eldest daughter Miranda also lives. This is the Beverly's primary home. Beverly built this unique home in 1985.
