This large 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment is located between 2 great Brooklyn neighborhoods: Park Slope and Carrol Gardens. With great access to parks, museums, restaurants and public transportation, it's an ideal place to stay while exploring NYC

The space

Quiet One bedroom in Park Slope / Carrol Gardens. Large bedroom and living room. Two bathrooms. Family friendly building. Perfect for a couple or friends. Train Access on the corner. Bagels, Pizza, Laundry Supermarket all one block away as well as easy walking to two of the nicest neighborhoods in brooklyn - Park Slope and Carrol Gardens. These neighborhoods are full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Very close to the beautiful Prospect Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn Museum of Art and the Botanical Gardens. There is some greta BBQ right on the block and a Whole Foods just opened a few blocks away.

The apartment has easy access to Manhattan. There are several Subway options all in walking distance: R,F,N,Q,D,B are all nearby. [The R train is right on the corner.] The D and N trains are only 1 stop from downtown Manhattan.

There is a Holiday inn that is directly across the street from the apartment that goes for upwards of $200 a night. I think this apartment is a way better option for anyone visiting brooklyn that wants to feel at home while away.

a wonderful apartment in a great Brooklyn location. short walk to the new Whole Foods Market, one block to the subway. the best ice cream parlor in Brooklyn right down the street. the apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated, a wonderful Airbnb, it's like staying in your own home. can't say enough good things about this one. clean, comfortable, perfect.

Daniel represented his home and neighborhood accurately. His home was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay there. Bed was very comfortable and towels plentiful. His pantry was well stocked though we mostly ate out...Great neighborhood...convenient to transportation everywhere in NY...great restaurants too. Daniel was very helpful and very accessible throughout the week for any questions that came up. Highly recommend his place! Thanks Daniel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Danny's place while we looked for a permanent place in Brooklyn. Danny is super approachable and flexible-- we couldn't give him an exact date we would move out but he never pressured us and was understanding with the difficult NYC real estate market. His place was comfortable had everything we needed-- good internet, Netflix and cooking supplies. Subway and laundry are around the corner, though be care with the wash/fold service... they lost one of my husband's socks! Also we loved the location-- lots of great stuff nearby and really good walking access to the best of Park Slope and Carroll Gardens. Would recommend without hesitation.

This apartment was perfect for us! It's clean, comfortable, quiet, and quite spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and provisions. It feels like a home, but there was plenty of space for us to make ourselves at home in it. It's a one-block walk to the subway, and close to lots of great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved staying at Daniel's house. The apartment is very spacious by New York standards, is on a lower level so not too many stairs to walk up and very secure. The apartment has lots of natural light and a pretty outlook onto some trees. Daniel has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, GREAT books, comfy couch, Netflicks, turbo internet etc. The apartment is decorated really tastefully and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Subway is at the end of the block and it's a 5 minute stroll to be in the centre of Park Slope which is a beautiful neighbourhood full of great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This is a great location for people who want to enjoy Brooklyn and be out of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. But, should you want to head into Manhattan, it's about half an hour on the subway depending on where you are going. Daniel was a great host and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend. Don't forget to eat at Dinosaur BBQ it's amazing!

I rented Daniel's apartment for my parents and they had a wonderful stay in Brooklyn. Daniel left his uncluttered, serene and beautifully decorated space spotlessly clean for them and was fast to respond via text and email. The space is great - close to the train and trendy restaurants, very quiet and pretty darn spacious for a New York City dwelling!

I am a native New Yorker who grew up in Manhattan and has lived in Brooklyn for almost 10 years now. I do a lot of traveling for work - Television production. I am easy going and enjoy traveling/ exploring new places - I would rather be in an apartment in an interesting neighborhood then in a generic hotel with hundreds of other tourists.
