Charming 2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE in historic Beacon Hill with ROOF DECK! My place is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be in the center of Boston. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, and fresh linens and towels included.
Overall its all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! You are right in the heart of Boston, walking distance from just about everything in the city and right next to three train lines - Red, Green, and Blue - that can take you anywhere within the city and surroundings.
LIVING ARRANGEMENT: You will be staying in one of the bedrooms while I will usually occupy the other. I work in the area so I am not home during the day but always available if anything should come up.
BREAKFAST: I always keep some fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and milk at my house. As my guest you are welcome to help yourself :) and in general if you see something you want, grab it and replace it later. Use your best judgment in regards to my missing it in the short-term or feel free to ask.
The living room/common area can and should be used by you. I say this because I have had guests shut themselves in in the bedroom and never come out. Obviously it is your choice but please don’t feel like you are inconveniencing me by hanging out in the living area. I do not bite and am very friendly if it is reciprocated.
You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook food. If you want to cook, there is a grocery store (Whole Foods) located across the street from me.
Feel free to store groceries in the refrigerator.
You are also welcome to use any dishes, silverware, cups, cooking pots, etc. just please clean up after yourself and put everything you used in the dishwasher.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!
Steps outside the front door is Whole Foods supermarket, CVS, and a few restaurants and bars.
Across the street from the world famous Mass General Hospital (MGH).
5 minute walk to the Red Line train which will take you across the river into Cambridge, MA or in the other direction to Boston’s South Station or Seaport District. MIT is 15 minutes away via the Red Line and Harvard is just 5 minutes further.
6-7 minutes walking you will find yourself next to Boston’s beautiful Boston Common and in front of the Capital Building or on Boston’s historic Charles Street where you can stroll going in and out of the little boutiques and coffee shops. Keep walking down Charles and across the park and you will find yourself on Newbury street (Boston’s equivalent of 5th avenue in NYC).
8-9 minutes walking to the Green Line which can take you to Boston University, Boston College, or a number of other local attractions.
Please feel free to contact me and ask questions about anything you wish. I am always open to helping newcomers to the area get familiar with the surroundings!
Other Ways of getting around town:
Uber - get a $10 credit if you set up your account using my Uber code, 1o1o7. Redeem (email hidden)/invite/1o1o7
You can use Uber to order a Taxi, get a black car, or even have someone give you a ride on their own private car. The last option is the cheapest one.
Traveling by bus to get to my place? Check out Wanderu. We show you all the existing bus options and make it super easy to find and book your tickets. Just like Kayak but for MegaBus and BoltBus! Feel free to ask me all the bus questions you'd like. If you have not figured it out yet, I work at Wanderu so buses are practically in my blood :)
A few totally painless house rules:
Please take your shoes off outside the front door to my apartment on the landing. I am on the very last floor so no one out of my neighbors comes up here, so your shoes are totally safe. My apartment is kept very clean and tidy, so taking shoes off is essential to keeping it the same way for you and for me.
Please stack the dishes in the dishwasher to the right of the sink. Some guests go out of their way to make sure they leave everything the way they found it and clean dishes by hand, but I actually prefer you use the dishwasher to washing by hand. This should be easier for you anyway!
When leaving the apartment, please always lock the top lock on the door.
Please shut off all the lights, AC unit, TV, etc. before you leave.
If you open windows, please close and lock before you leave the apartment.
Lev's apartment was super cozy and warm even in the Arctic tundra of Boston in February. He and his girlfriend we warm and welcoming and made their airbnb the best alternative to a hotel for a business trip. Would definitely recommend them and stay with them again.
Great host! and great location!
A very nice first time airbnb experience for us.
Lev made my first Airbnb experience to be a very pleasant and unforgettable one. His apartment is clean and cozy as shown in the picture provided in the post. I was able to go out to dinner and go shopping due to the great location of his apartment which is a short walking distance from the MBTA Red Line (Charles/ MGH.) We kept in contact through text and he replied quickly to any inquiries plus I was able to meet him and made my stay be memorable and fun.
Lev was nice host. His room was clean. He provide fresh food.
숙소가 개인방이잇어서 생활하기 편햇고 침대도 편안해요. 주인이 깔끔해서 집이나 화장실도 전체적으로 깨끗하고요.
Lev was a exceptional host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Having Whole Foods across the street was convenient, and the T Red Line is a 5 minute walk away.
I had many great conversations while staying here, and if I return to Boston will definitely try to stay here again. Lev is good people!
Lev's place was very homey. Everything was clean and well put together. He even laid out towels and chocolates for us upon arrival. Great place in a great location. Very Close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying at Lev's if you ever visit Boston.
I arrived for a one night stay right after the massive winter storm. Lev made me feel very welcome and came down to help me with the door and carried my bag upstairs. It is a great apartment and in a very central location. I was only there for a short visit but highly recommend this apartment and Lev as a host!

I work at a tech travel startup. Wanderu is the simplest way to find and book bus and train tickets. Kinda like KAYAK but for BoltBus, MegaBus, and many more! If you are traveling by bus, check out our wanderu site, and if you have a minute please let me know what you thought. I would love the feedback so we can continue to improve.
