Its an exceptional luxury oceanfront villa with a 7-9 people staff ( Privat Chef ) and has also a very large pool of 25 x 7 meters.

The rental price is based on a minimum of 4 guests. Each addtl. guest
will be charged for an extra person fee. The master can always be added optional for an extra fee. Please contact the administrator after booking the house.
The staff will do a daily full service from 8am until 5pm or longer if needed for a little extra fee. Pesos 100 / hours and person and pesos 400 for a taxi. There are no public taxis after 6pm at our area. Christmas and new years eve is service with open end.

Other things to note
The house is permanently maintained and we just changed the entire palapa roof, 12 new mattresses in top quality and extra size of 220cm x 160cm and all 7 toilets. We have STARLINK INTERNET. All bed-rooms have aircon and ceiling fans.

Please not that all oceanfront houses have a very salty climate, so it happens that towels and linen sometimes have rust spots from nails in the roof. Its normal oceanfront. All is perfekt washed and clean.

12kilometers outside of Puerto Escondido (South East ) before the village Tomatal at the beach is our nature paradise. All the beach is yours, nobody is there except sometimes the homeowners.
