The space
This luxurious and very modern chalet is nestled in a beautiful location near the Steinbergbahn in Leogang, in the district of Rain. Surrounded by forests and flower meadows you can enjoy the view of the Steinberge mountains. Directly at the house you will find the entrance to the ski slope in the ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn.
At the entrance you can use free outdoor parking or you can put your car free of snow in the underground car park, where a space is reserved for you free of charge. Via the underground car park you can reach the apartment on the first floor via the stairs or the lift. The apartment (70 m2) has a separate entrance.

The atmospheric interior with wooden floor, open fireplace and fully equipped modern kitchen will make you feel right at home. The appealing dining area is traditionally made of local solid wood. The living space includes a comfortable sitting area consisting of 2 new armchairs and a cuddly new sofa. From the living room you have access to two spacious balconies with sweeping views of the beautiful Alpine scenery. For a leisurely breakfast or an atmospheric dinner, garden furniture made of wood is available on the balcony.
Both bedrooms are bright and friendly. A new double bed ensures a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and a large sink. The toilet is to be found separately. The hall and entrance area is spacious and leaves enough space for you.
The entire apartment is equipped with a climate-friendly heat pump with underfloor heating and offers a cozy warmth in winter.
