Villa Can Cuarassa is situated in the bay of Pollença, just a stone's throw away from the sea and can accommodate 8 people. A living room with a well-equipped kitchen with adjoining large dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over 2 floors. Facilities of this typical Majorcan house also include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot, A/C and heating in all rooms and a parking area.

Other things to note
The pleasant inner courtyard with Mediterranean plants, garden furniture a barbecue and an additional covered kitchen invites you to relax. Enjoy the top location, rent bicycles and watch the sunrise over the sea. You can reach the little town of Port de Pollença with its restaurants and shops as well as the fine sandy beach in just 3 minutes by car.

Please, note that the property is on the main road to Puerto Pollensa and there may be some traffic noise. However, it is equipped with insulated windows which greatly mitigate the noise.
