This home with breathtaking views and a private shared dock & buoy. 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.Great beach area for kids to play. Great outdoor sitting areas, deck area for outdoor dining and fire pit to enjoy S'mores next to the beach with family,running stream that goes through the property. This home is complete and ready for you to just arrive and unwind!.
SAMBRANO’s beach house consists of two separate dwellings. There is a main house and a studio type. Have the option to rent it both.

Other things to note
For the week including the 4th of July and Labor Day, A 7 day minimum stay is required.
