The Signature Luxury Condos at the MGM Grand is an exclusive guard gated luxury resort located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Services include a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, hi-tech fitness room, complimentary valet service, high speed internet and wi-fi access inside the suite and throughout the resort. This unit features a one bedroom suite with a complete kitchen, 2 full baths and measures approx. 950 square feet.
Sleep in the plush pillow-top king bed, soak away in a jetted bath tub or take in the magnificent mountain, city and partial strip views from the private balcony. Exquisite bathrooms feature marble and granite throughout, a flat screen TV and a two-person jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Full kitchen includes state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. The unit also includes a Queen sized pull out bed in the living room, 2 LCD flat-screen HDTV's, a dining and living area, high-speed WiFi internet access and an iPod docking station.
Guests have access to all of the MGM Grand amenities including the pools and world-renowned restaurants. You will also have access to the private pools, lounge, restaurant, and fitness center. There is even a Starbucks and Cafe right on site!
Access to casinos, restaurants, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues are convenient with a moving walkway that takes you from the lobby of the Signature building right into the the MGM casino.

1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS NOON (local time). NO Early Check-in or late check-out. All late check-out’s will be charged $25 per each half hour beginning at NOON.
2.All units are NON SMOKING.
3.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
4.DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required which will be facilitated by AIRBNB. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

5.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 4 persons. An additional charge or $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 4 will be assessed.
6.INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
(website hidden) DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, nor should dishes, silverware or any other items found in the units be returned to the MGM. If items are found to be missing, guest will be notified and the cost to replace the item will be subtracted from the security deposit.
8. HOTEL DEPOSIT – The Signature at MGM will HOLD $100/night for a maximum of $300 on your credit card for incidentals. This charge will automatically drop off after your stay provided that there are no room charges.
9.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10.We reserve the right to modify this agreement, and our policies at our discretion.

Great place, plenty of space and good views. I would stay there again. The signature has heated pools and you also have access to the Pools and lazy river at the MGM Grand.
Great spot! Very easy and staff was very accommodating. Paul was thorough in his instructions and helpful. Location is fantastic and access to pools definitely a plus. The place is everything we were looking for - classy, comfortably, and clean!
I can recommend enough Paul's flat/property to anyone. It is attractive, clean, spacious, and comfortable, well appointed with a very nice deck/veranda. Amazing view of Las Vegas and the MGM Pool. The location is very close to the strip (about 5 min Walk). Paul was a very responsive (indeed, proactive) host, and communication was good. All in all, It made for an amazing Vegas experience.
We stayed at Paul's 8th floor room in Tower 1 and it was fantastic. The suite was very large and could easily accommodate 4 people using the fold out couch. There was a full kitchen with a regular-sized fridge, a stove, coffee maker, microwave, and freezer w/ ice maker. There are even dishes/glasses so you can cook. The room comes w/ all towels as if you were a regular hotel guest; the only caveat is that you must schedule and pay for housekeeping to come in and cleanup or change your linen/towels. The suite did not have a strip view, however it over looked a corner of MGM Grand and its pool Wet Republic. Beyond that you have a mountain view and of the airport. Despite the constant stream of planes the room was quiet; particularly with the balcony door closed. There are two full bathrooms w/ walk in showers, and the master bath has 2 sinks, and giant tub w/ jet streams and a partitioned toilet. There are 2 closets and a safe in the master bedroom, along w/ dressers for plenty of storage. We used the gym w/o issue which had adequate equipment, and wifi was free and easy to log onto. They have an inclosed walk way to the MGM Grand Casino w/ moving sidewalks (like at an airport), so literally you could get to the casino in 10min. Do note, that you'll be on the side of the casino nearest to the Garden Arena/monorail/restaurants so expect another 10-15min walk to get to Hakkasan/sportsbook/exit to the strip. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this suite w/ Paul and am already looking forward to another trip.
As a frequent visitor to Las Vegas (at least three times a year)with family I was happy with my stay. Have stayed at this hotel before and there were some hotel touches that were expected, but we're missing for example complimentary water bottles, and to check in earlier like hotel allows. A couple of issues with the room were the restroom vent dint work or the TV in the restroom as well. We will consider staying with Paul again for our next visit.
This was our second visit to one of the host's units at the MGM Signature. This year was even better than last year. The suite was spotless and very well decorated. It was comfortable and we loved having a kitchen and two bathrooms. We will always book with this host when visiting Las Vegas. It was great.
