Great place with lots of space. The location is great and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in Portland.
Bobby's condo is beautiful, well-decorated and overall a wonderful place to stay!
The hot tub is great so remember to pack your swim suit. We came in February and the pool wasn't open, but it would be nice for summer stays. The condo is only a few blocks from the Amtrak station, and Bobby was kind enough to allow early check in. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Bobby's place during the snow, wind and rain and I have to say it was a good stay. The house is very nicely appointed and clean with a good space to it . The rooms are a nice size and the area is kinda cool really lots going on around you boats and trains drift by the ever changing view of the river. It took us about 10 mins to get to downtown walking and there's a store close by for essentials.
We caught a blazers game too as the Moda stadiums a 10 min walk across the bridge.
Very happy with the stay indeed
Bobby's place is great. Right on the water and a nice walk (less then 1/2 mile) to a number of great options.
Bobby's place is really nice! We arrived late at night and forgot to communicate the passcode to the apartment but Bobby was very prompt on response when I called.
Overall is a very pleasant stay! Clean and close to my favorite area (Pearl district). Only one thing that happened while we were in the house, the alarm started beeping for about 20 mins in the middle of the night (2am). It just stopped by itself at the end. Bobby called the next day and tried to resolve the problem.
Still not sure what happened regarding the alarm. It's one of those home security alarm that came with the condo that I never activated or used. First time in the 7 years I've owned the condo that it's acted up. I even called the alarm company but they were as baffled as me. I feel awful that it woke up Novatila and her friends in the middle of the night. I can only hope it's a weird one off occurrence.
The Condo on the Water was Great. The Location is fantastic! Condo was clean and easy to get to. Bobby made things very simle and made the whole experience a 10!! Thanks Bobby
My wife and I travel to Portland for a trade show twice a year at the Oregon Convention Center and were sick of all the crappy hotels. Thank God for Bobby's condo! It's awesome, close to the convention center (20 min walk), it's got a great view and the man himself is a pleasure to work with. We brought an employee with us so my wife and I got the upper floor master suite and she took the main floor queen bedroom. The kitchen has everything we needed for breakfasts in the condo and was well stocked with a drawer full of take-out menus. The accommodations we're very comfy and we'd love to stay here again! Thanks Bobby
We are glad we booked with Bobby. His place was clean and pretty much has everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the river view was lovely. Pearl district and downtown are walkable from the apartment.
Bobby's condo is in a perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. Union Station and its taxi stand are about 2 blocks away, and there is a convenience store on the corner. There is a dedicated parking spot which is nice to have in a city, but it is very narrow and (at first) hard to find.
The condo itself is very comfortable and has nice furniture and a calming view of the river. The bathrooms are clean and spacious.
On our last day we found some ants had moved into the entranceway overnight without paying their "extra guest" fee. As far as travel complaints go, this one is minor and thankfully easy to address.
My family had a great stay in Portland. This condo was exactly as advertised and the photos were a perfect representation. My kids loved the view of the river as well as watching the trains roll by. We mostly drove everywhere we wanted to go in the city, but one afternoon we did walk to the nearby train station (5 minute walk that was very doable for the kids) and the rode the light rail, which the kids loved. The host was even able to let us check-in a few hours early, which was wonderful.
