The CLOSEST 1-bedroom condo to the beach at Seascape Resort - nothing between you and the Gulf! Remodeled 516 sq ft retreat with a rare double view: the Gulf of Mexico AND the pool from your balcony. King bed with the premium mattress guests rave about, a queen sleeper sofa, plus twin bunk beds kids love. Sleeps 4(5) comfortably. • KITCHEN: fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, full range oven, full-size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, electric griddle, wine and champagne glasses.
• BATHROOM: oversized walk-in tile shower with glass doors, combo washer/dryer.
• BEDROOM: custom-made king-size bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress and foam pillows, smart HDTV.
• HALLWAY: Built-in Twin-over-twin Bunk bed, sleeeps 2
• BALCONY: private balcony with high-rise chairs and storage bench with beach chairs and beach toys for your kids, amazing view of the Gulf and the Seascape resort.
LOCATION:
Our condo is located right ON THE BEACH! There is no need to cross a busy 4-lane HWY, just use the private beach bridge to get to the beach. It is also the closest to the beach you can get in a one-bedroom unit at Seascape Resort.
West end of the Galveston Seawall. Less than 10 minutes away from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Seawall and only 15 minutes away from the Strand Historic District (downtown Galveston).

• 2 hot tubs (one is for adults only, both heated all year round)

During summer, spring break, holidays, and special occasions we have a mandatory 3-night stay, other times - 2-night minimum stay.
The parking is granted for one car. The second car can be parked depending on the parking availability, which will be determined by the resort's guard.
Other things to note
All our reservations are subject to a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement containing basic information about the property, house rules, cancellation policy, etc. We email the Rental Agreement to our guests through DocuSign, since we can't attach files in private messages on Airbnb. The guests must review, sign, and return the signed agreement and a copy of their valid ID within 48 hours of the booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of canceling their stay for any reason. As a small business, we cannot act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy. However, in the event of a mandatory evacuation from the island due to a hurricane, we will issue a full refund.
During holidays and summertime, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
