Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Some info has been automatically translated.
Enchanted bracket, full of charm, the house enjoys a unique location on the island of Bréhat. Situated on Guerzido beach, in the south of the island, the house is like a boat at anchor, with 360° sea views. From the west-facing terrace you will see the most beautiful sunsets. The beach access is direct.

The space
Organized for 4 people, the house is very comfortable, and design. Well-equipped kitchen, Gagguenau induction oven and plates, Nespresso coffee maker. Room with double bed 160 x 200, mezzanine with 2 comfortable pull-out beds (90 x 200) that can come together to form a king size bed. TV, DVD, wifi. A large bay window opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach.
The construction is old, has the charm of a small fisherman's house, but some disadvantages like a low ceiling height to the kitchen and above the bathtub. The staircase leading to the mezzanine is quite steep.
Direct beach access. Charm and comfort.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
Direct access from the house to Guerzido beach: beautiful sandy beach, very sheltered.
The house is a 10 minute walk to Port Clos by a hilly path. The landing spot for the boat at low tide is further than Port Clos, which are a good 5 more minutes. The island of Bréhat is a preserved place, cars are not allowed on the island, it is best to love walking or cycling. To help transport luggage, there is a taxi tractor service to book. (All numbers are listed on the tourist office website) The taxi-tractor cannot access to the house door.
A sailing and diving club is 30 m away. The shops of the village 15 minutes' walk. Possibility of renting bikes on the island.

Neighborhood highlights

The island of Bréhat is a paradise, a place apart. Rightly called the Island of Flowers, all roads - reserved for pedestrians and bicycles - are lined with hydrangea, agapanthus and other multicolored flowers. The light is beautiful there. Children feast on the rocks and sand. Sailing and fishing enthusiasts are thrilled. The house is part of this enchanting setting.
