About this listing
Available from 1 to 4 beds in my room (that is a shared one. It could also be booked as a private in the "Wide private room" ad).
The room fits from 1 to 4 beds. This ad is for the room as private (so you book the room and nobody else can do it). Other ads are also published, for a lower price, for the room as shared (you book a bed, and anyone else can book the others still available. If you want to come with 3 friends, and then book the room for 4 guests, the room is considered private, so this is the right ad!).
The apartment is very close to the historical center of the city. The panorama Assisi and Mount Subasio is one of the best of Perugia!
You'll have access to the room, the terrace and the bathroom during the hours of permanence, between 9:30pm and 9:30am of the next day. During the day, unless we have found an agreement in advance, the house is not available.
Interaction with Guests
The check-in and check-out times are meant not only for the day of arrival and departure, but also for all the other days of stay. The house is intended to be a place to sleep, and not to eat or work. All this of course is flexible, and to satisfy your needs we just need to find a deal in advance! :)
The old town and Borgo Bello's area are the most beautiful and vital places of the city in recent years.
The house is conveniently connected to both the train and the bus station. It only takes 5 minutes to reach either one or the other.
To get to the center or you can take the Sant'Ercolano's stairs or the elevator or the escalator from Pincetto minimetrò station which is right in front of the house.
Other Things to Note
The check-in is from 21:30 onwards, while check-out is at the maximum at 9:30.
If you need different times, we have to find an agreement in advance.
Usually guests need to leave their luggage at their arrival in the city, and to take it back at their departure. Therefore if you arrive in Perugia before the check-in time, just ask me to come home to leave your luggage. The same is for the departure: for example, if your train is in the afternoon, you can ask me to leave your luggage home and pass to take it just before heading to the train station. ;)
Smoking is permitted, but only in the garden, not inside the house.
The kitchen is not available to guests, because it seems that the rules about garbage collection, use of equipment and cleanings are too complicated to follow.
The washing machine is available on request only, and I personally run it.
Guests are also requested to:
- Be careful to not leave lights on (especially on the stairs, in the rooms, in the garden and in the bathroom);
- Do not disturb other guests, housemates or neighbors;
- Do not linger in common areas;
He's kind and welcome to me. His house's location is so good! Central city is very close. But l was uncomfortable to his house.
I had a great time staying at Carlos apartment. The balcony is beautiful and Carlo is a very helpful and attentive host! I definitely recommend it.
I've got what was in the description, and also a comfortable terrace with a very beautiful panorama. The host is very friendly and interested in exchanging ideas. The apartment is really close to public transport facilities.
Carlo was good host, we shared a room with two other nice people. The house is quite big and has got a terasse with an awsome view! It is lokated very near to the centre. Thank you for being our host!
Carlos and his friends that I met, were very kind and considerate. I enjoyed my stay, especially the shared meals and trip to Assisi. The apartment is very convenient and Perugia is an excellent base to explore Umbria.

About the Host, Carlo
ENG: Hi there! My name is Carlo and I study Agriculture here in the amazing city of Perugia. I love 3 things: to cook, especially for friends; to read essays when outside is cloudy; to watch films that has been suggested to me.
