Cheryle's home is quite the masterpiece, yet child and family friendly! We have spent the last 2 Thanksgivings there enjoying the holiday with our football player and the rest of our family. The proximity to the stadium is phenomenal and Franklin Street is within walking distance as well! Being able to park 8+ cars there for the State game was the bomb!! Cooking Thanksgiving for many family and a few players was a snap, thanks to her well- stocked kitchen! I love this place and will miss it:)

Cheryle is very welcoming and accommodating for arrival and departure times . She always answers quickly to any question. Excellent location and neighbourhood . You can walk to UNC , Franklin street , restaurants....with no problems and still are in a quiet residential area. The house is charming , cosy and has everything you need . We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill . Thanks Cheryle.

My family made cherished memories in Cheryl's home over the Thanksgiving weekend. She had everything I needed to provide a perfect meal for my family as well as other UNC football players and friends who had such easy access to the house due to its proximity to the UNC Campus. My husband was able to walk to the stadium and enjoy watching the team practice. Truly a great home to spend such a special time in.

I rented Cheryle's places for some colleagues visiting from South Africa, and so I am recounting their experiences and opinions. My colleagues had some minor issues in the beginning of their 10 day stay, including smell of smoke in bed linen and limited space for storing clothing. Cheryle dealt with these as best she could, and was very responsive. My colleagues found the proximity to UNC very convenient, and appreciated the laundry facilitities and the kitchen given the length of our stay. Most of all they enjoyed the views from the TV room and this is where they spent much of their time.

Response from Cheryle:
Stuart's guests expressed to me that they had a fantastic time in Chapel Hill and loved their time in my home. We communicated often. They were even concerned for me as I was traveling to Charleston during Hurricane Joaquin's threat and awful storms... and I was equally concerned for them with such stormy weather in Chapel Hill, not the best introduction for visitors from a foreign country! I did, in fact, come to the house the day after they arrived to provide more closet and drawer space for them and made sure they were pleased with all the linens before I left. They were very thoughtful and respectful guests. It's true the room with the TV has great ambiance and is where most guests like to hang out.

We enjoyed staying here very much. A very interesting art filled home, plenty of space for group entertaining. The location is ideal for UNC events, we walked. Would stay again if my daughter goes to grad school there.

Cheryle was on top of things from our first enquiry. Everything went smoothly from that first contact to our check-out - including our request for a last minute change of arrival date. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her lovely home. Filled with beautiful eclectic artwork, it is the antithesis of a soulless hotel room. It was a pleasure to just sit back and relax and enjoy the space. We were traveling with two girls (ages 7 & 9). They really enjoyed the deck-patio area and the yard. I would recommend this home for other families with reasonably well behaved kids - the amount of artwork in the house would make me nervous if my girls were still in their rambunctious years. The location is quiet and residential, yet central to the university and only a few minutes walk from Franklin Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed this house so much, that I would plan future trips to Chapel Hill based on its availability.

I'm an art consultant living in NC after many years in San Francisco and Paris, France. My house reflects my travels, art collection, etc. I would only want visitors who would respect my belongings. Living in this home is easy and comfortable. It's the way I think things should be. It's a home that enjoys life and happy times.
