Soak up the history of the Hudson Valley in a renovated 1700’s farmhouse. Modern amenities like a chefs kitchen, mini split AC with the charm of original wood floors and exposed hand hewn beams. Furniture compliments the space in vintage and antique pieces. Oversized bedrooms let you spread out in comfort. An original brick wood burning fireplace completes the experience.

The space
Exposed hand hewn beams, original wideboard floors, clawfoot tub, Carrera marble bathrooms and massive exposed brick fireplace compliment the antique furniture throughout the home. The farm property, barns, winding creek, evergreens and massive willows provide year round stunning views.
Enjoy walking our trails, reading a book in the woodland areas on a deck, or dipping in the creek's swimming hole/natural cold plunge. when guests get here they have little need to go elsewhere. Mobile wood fired sauna can be rented for 3 hour slots.
Just a short drive you are surrounded by the Hudson Valley's best in hiking, biking, shopping, dining, antiquing and more!
The town is a less than a mile away and the Hudson River, historic Reed Street of Coxsackie, is just 3 miles away~

Guest access
The farmhouse is a dedicated vacation home with a private driveway. It’s mainly rented as a full house but we are open to renting to smaller groups for less than ‘full price’ with a last minute booking, simply inquire. You have access to a outdoor fire pit, outdoor patio and grill with outdoor lawn furniture. Gardens and plants...enjoy picking and eating produce/herbs growing on the farm. We supply coffee/tea, spices etc in our fully stocked kitchen! A NESPRESSO machine can be requested if you supply your own pods.
The barns are not for guest use unless specifically rented as part of a 'venue' package or other agreement, please inquire.

Other things to note
This is a historic Hudson Valley home, in our region you can expect bugs such as boxelder beetles, lady bugs, stink bugs, ants and bees seasonally.
Please consider this if you have any issues or fears. We cannot guarantee the spaces will be free from them but we do employ pest control services and use natural essential oils spray to deter them. A small handheld vacuum is also left in the space for your use during your stay:-)

Code lock easy checkin; excellent WiFi enables remote work option; pets allowed with fee;-) $75 per pet please inquire …

Smoke free - vape free please!

Pets fee is $75 which supports the work I do uniting stray and abandoned Satos with loving adoptives homes here in NY MA CT. You can find us @poochesoutofpr

We expect pets to be house trained and not to go on furniture. If your custom is to allow this please bring your own coverings. Also bring your own towels to wipe down your pet after walks or in inclement weather. Added cleaning will apply if our cleaners must do a deep cleaning to remove hair and prints / dirt from furniture or beds;-) we’ve been there, we understand it happens … we just want to ensure we can keep our pets allowed policy.
