Nice room with original antique furniture and atmosphere of Moscow 50th in down town. Central Moscow.
A masterpiece of architecture of the Stalin era, the famous house with a tower built in 1949 by Professor Ivan Zholtovsky architecture today is the object of cultural heritage of the capital.
From the side of the square is the entrance to Smolenskaya station directly in the building. Nearby there is a bus stop. Right in the building there is a currency exchange. In front of the Lotte Hotel.

Our hosts were super kind. They could not have made it easier to find them, giving detailed (but not overly-detailed) instructions on how to navigate public transportation to their place from SVO airport. The apartment is literally "right around the corner" from the metro statio…

Anton's place is perfect for tourists visiting Moscow! It's hard to imagine a better location - just 5 minutes from the iconic Arbat street, with metro station Smolenskaya literally in the same building! Another thing I greatly appreciated was air conditioning in the room, whic…

Anton and Xenia were super friendly, and their place is cozy and has a great vibe. We ended up leaving after only 2 days of our 5 day stay because the apartment is just above a 7 or 8 lane freeway, so super noisy. But if you don't mind noise, the place is spacious and comfortable…

Response from Anton:
Dear Lochlann, sure of course it's a bit of noisy as building located in one of the main central street like Sadovoe Koltso (garden ring) and if window is open. But as i've told in advance if you close the window and using conditioning it's quiet enough. Anyway thank you for coming. Hope you've liked Moscow!

It was my first use of AirBNB and second stay in Moscow, I really enjoyed staying at Anton's place which was neat and clean as described. The set up and furniture of the house took my memories back to 80s, and as I was born and grown in Soviet time it was very reminiscent of my c…
