The space
Perched above the Southern Ocean along the Great Ocean Road, Points South by the Sea offers three private, secluded cottages set within 120 acres of coastal landscape, with sweeping ocean views and a strong sense of space.

Located in Wongarra, just 10 minutes from Apollo Bay, the property provides easy access to the region’s most iconic attractions, including the Twelve Apostles, while remaining peaceful and removed from the crowds.

The grounds are home to an abundance of wildlife, with walking tracks where guests often spot koalas, along with wallabies and birdlife. Nearby, you’ll find quiet beaches, fishing spots and well-known surf breaks including Sledgehammer, Onion Bay and the Boneyards.

Bryan and Joan live on the property (approximately one kilometre from the cottages) and are available if needed for local recommendations or assistance, while always respecting your privacy.

Whether you choose to relax by the fire, take in the ocean views, or explore the coastline and Otways, Points South offers a peaceful and memorable Great Ocean Road escape.
