Cozy west side home with nice yard, built in 1929. Fully furnished, sleeps eight (four beds @ 2 ppl each = 8.) Perfect for game or holiday weekends with friends or family. Three bedrooms + bath upstairs. Bedroom and bath downstairs. Room for two cars in driveway + lots of street parking.

The space
Very comfortable house. Neat brick patio with grill. Laundry and 2nd bath in basement. Please see pics.

Blue House FAQs:
1) How far is the Blue House from the Big House? The Blue House is located on the West Side of Ann Arbor, near Vet's Park. It's about two miles from the stadium and too far to walk! Lots of Ubers around town on game day, though! And mostly, I think that's how people get around.
2) Are you ever flexible with your no pet policy? No! I am allergic!
3) How about long term stays? Mostly, I prefer short two or three night stays and do not accept long term requests. If you are interested in booking for a long holiday, though, it doesn't hurt to ask, as I may be going out of town myself and may be amenable to it.

Dear Future Friends and Guests: Hello! My name is Michael Mooney. Welcome to the Blue House on the Corner! I listed my house on Airbnb in late fall 2017 and by summer 2018 I had become a Super Host. Thank you to all my wonderful guests who left such great feedback. After a brief hiatus, I am excited to continue opening my home to new guests visiting our wonderful town! If you know Ann Arbor, you know what a charming place it is and the Blue House fits right in! Built in 1929, it has a high-pitched roof, and is solid as a rock. It stands on a prominent corner on the west side and conveys a quaint feeling of Midwest charm. I take great pride in maintaining the yard and landscaping. The inside is warm and comfortable, too!
