The condo is located on the second floor of a recently renovated apartment building, centrally located, only 100 meters from the lake, promenade and tennis courts. The building has a secure entrance, an elevator, and a private parking. With easy access from the main street, it is close to just about anything you need.

The space
There are several details that make The Jess Place very appealing:

The Jess Place is conveniently located, very close to the lake and the main street, yet secluded and quiet in a small street with a quaint cafe only a few meters from the building entrance. The promenade and the back streets are perfect for morning runs and evening walks. Tennis courts are just about 100 meters away and can be seen from the apartment balcony.
