About This Listing
This is a truly exceptional downtown location, with an architecture that could be summed up in a merger between a Mediterranean ambience and traditional Mayan influences, surrounded by stunning vegetation. Sak Nah means "white house" in mayan.
This house is the result of a Mexican architect ... these wide open spaces, the high ceiling, the woodwork, the pleasant terrace, this close and exuberant vegetation and the fact that all the corners of the house are rounded, make this unusual a wonderful place to spend a night or more at a very reasonable price!
the guest has access to everything (except room of others ...!)! ... kitchen, fridge, swimming pool ... please, feel free!
Interaction with Guests
I love spending time with my guests ... I know very well this country that I love ... so I can talk and advise you with pleasure ...
as you may have noticed in the pictures, the kitchen is the central element ... let's cook and eat together! But I am also very discreet and very respectful of privacy and the pace of my guests ... everyone lives his life as he wishes here!
The little condominium is surrounded by two lovely parks ... I have lived in many neighborhoods in the city and this one is the most enjoyable...
We can not be more central! Restaurants of all kinds and all prices, supermarkets ... and especially the road to Playa del Carmen and Tulum is just seconds walking .... I tell you that this is the best place for you!
Other Things to Note
I provided you a local phone, if you need...and all my advices and recommendations on any topic ...

A really nice host, Benoit, his friend and mojo were really great people to hang out.
it is a great place, very comfortable and just what we were looking for a very good rate.
Benoit provided my girlfriend and I with quite possibly the best place to start our trip in Mexico. We really should have stayed another night! If you're ever flying into Cancún late, with the intention of going to Tulum or anywhere else early the next day (like we did) then please do yourself the favor and stay here. Don't stay at a hotel. Benoit was very welcoming; he offered us dinner (which we were not expecting) and simply great conversation. The room we slept in was well kept and open, with many different windows for the best kind of air flow. The next day he gave us a great recommendation for breakfast as we started our day, fresh-faced after a well needed night's sleep.
The stay at Sak Nah in Cancun was our first time lodging through airbnb and we couldn't have been more pleased.
Benoit and his roommates are welcoming, ecclectic and knowlegable of the area. My partner and I felt quite comfortable in our private room upstairs and we were both in awe of how beautifully crafted the house is.
We would both return to visit using Sak Nah, without a doubt.
Benoit's location was great. It's pretty close to all the touristy areas and beaches.
He had great recommendations for restaurants in Cancun and in the region. Kundy and Jan were very friendly and warm.
Make sure take their anti-mosquito oil they offer. You'll need it.
We had a nice stay at benoits. The taxi driver had some difficulty finding the address but luckily another guest helped us. We were offered food an drink on arrival but after a long journey from England, water was great! The room was very spacious and clean. Our luggage was delayed in Miami but it was no problem for us to stay another night. Benoits other guest also helped us to all the airline and collect our bags. We were able to prepare our own food in the kitchen and relax on the balcony.
