Beautiful southwest casita in walking distance to historic Nob Hill on Route 66. Comfortable, clean, and stylish. A/C. Enclosed, private back yard. Complete with kitchen including range. Laundry facilities. Private parking. 2 miles from Airport and train station. Public Transportation on Route 66 (Central Ave) including downtown, zoo, bio park, old town, etc. Walking distance to UNM. Public Tennis Courts in walking distance. Multiple bicycles for use. High-speed Internet. No Pets.

The space
750 square feet separate from the main house is yours to enjoy in privacy. It includes a garden separated from the main back yard by a charming wooden fence and gate. The casita is most easily accessed by using the alley to park in the guest driveway.

Guest access
The casita is separate and behind the main house where the hosts live. It has its own driveway, garden, deck, etc. To access the casita, you may either walk past the main house and garage through the gate that separates the two gardens OR you may access the casita via the alley way where there is a separate, gated driveway for our guests. The entire casita is available to our guests.

Other things to note
Please secure your vehicle by removing all valuables and by parking off the street and in the driveway.
