CHARMING studio apartment with 10 ft. tall ceiling just a few blocks from Hopkins Homewood Campus. JHU Medical School shuttle stops right across the street. Very well appointed with furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Equipped with internet, Comfy Queen bed, dining table, coffee maker, kitchen for your cooking needs. TV loaded with Netflix, Hulu, HBO. Beautiful backyard. Free Street Parking.

Neighborhood is patrolled 24/7/365 by JHU Campus Security.

The space
Original hardwood floors and a (decorative) fireplace from 1897 set a warm and fuzzy vibe, and along with all the comforts of modern furnishings, my place aims to delight and to inspire. Only a few blocks from Hopkins campus. Check in/out 24/7 via lockbox for your convenience. Brand new flat screen TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, and Hulu will keep you entertained and help you unwind after a busy day out.

You have access to the entire apartment as well as the garden in the backyard.
Plenty of free street parking is usually available within a 2 block radius.

Other things to note
The house you are staying in was built in 1870. All the wood flooring is original. The decorative fireplace used to be functional at one point but as the time stamp states was manufactured in 1897. Old world charm with modern world conveniences!

Please note: Some reviews might reference free on-site parking that was previously available, which for logistical reasons is no longer available. However, plenty for free street parking is usually available in a 2-block radius.


*** COVID-19 note: Our cleaning professional is excellent, detail-oriented and very meticulous. Every load of laundry is always laundered with bleach. Practically all surfaces not just being cleaned but also being disinfected with Clorox wipes which we were fortunate enough to stock up on before supply shortages commenced. Please stay safe and in good health and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Longer term stays welcome - please reach out.
