Bedroom-Queen sized bed is fitted with designer linens that are prepped for every guests' arrival. A variety of pillows are provided in the unit to fit every need. The bedroom is furnished with closets and a dresser to fit all belongings. Windows in the bedroom are large to provide natural light when desired.
Bathroom-Freshly washed towels are provided. Great separate shower and tub.
Living Room-Very spacious living room that has floor length windows to let in natural light. Furnished with modern art and furniture. Features a decorative fireplace and wonderful flat screen TV with HD television. Also equipped with WIFI for the entire unit.
Kitchen-Fully function kitchen with working stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Kitchen comes fully furnished with all utensils, dinnerware, and coffee maker.
Parking-Parking permit is provided for one car. Additionally, unreserved garage parking is available for an additional $175.00/mo.
Please note that vehicle must have California Plates for the parking permit
No smoking. Small dogs and cats are welcomed.
We stayed in this great little apartment for almost two months while our house was under construction. I was so excited to find an apartment in a convenient location that would welcome our dog as well as us. The pictures tell a very good story of how the apartment looks. Lots of great vintage details. The light in the apartment is really great, though it does get warm with the afternoon sun. There are two ceiling fans in addition to the A/C unit in the bedroom to help keep air circulating and they provided additional fans for the living room so it stayed pretty comfortable.
The building was really friendly, with lots of other dogs around. We loved being able to walk over to Beverly for dinner or coffee (the guy at the magazine stand has dog biscuits for four legged visitors), and also enjoyed many a meal at Nate 'n Al's and Bouchon.

Greg and David were both very helpful during our 15 day stay and complied with our every request. They tried to helps us with everything we asked for, almost all on the same day as the request. The place was geographically in a prime location and was a very cosy apartment. We were very glad and happy with our stay.
