Our historic Edgehill Village home has a completely private 2nd floor for you: 2 bedrooms, luxurious memory foam beds, Claritin pillows, private bath, mini kitchen (full fridge, ice on demand, 2 burner stove, microwave/mini oven, hot pot, coffee pot, toaster) living room & balcony for morning coffee! 2 blocks from coffee shops, many affordable, hip restaurants, blocks from Belmont & Vanderbilt! Our home is rich with character and history!

The space
Beautifully vaulted ceilings throughout this renovated space, reclaimed french doors open to a lovely living area with a loveseat, recliner, hardwood floors and a new full sized fridge with ice on demand. We offer a nice mini kitchen with a 2 burner stove, coffee nook, and fancy mini oven/microwave to cook or bake just about anything! Our beds have memory foam mattresses with fluffy comforters for a good night's sleep, with new energy efficient and noise-canceling windows offer a peaceful environment in the heart of the city! (Note: your entrance is at the top of one flight of outside stairs, shown in the photos.)

Guest access
The entire upstairs of the house is yours with a private with a locked entry. Also a locked gate to enter the back courtyard for additional security. (You need to be able to climb one flight of stairs, shown in photos.)

Other things to note
Willie Nelson wrote the song "Crazy" two blocks from our home! If you are a Garth Brooks fan, he is the co owner of Allentown Studios, which is two blocks away! You might even get to see him! :) Our street has been the home of many famous musicians and artists, including Brothers Osborne and guitarist John Jorgenson!
