The space
This is a second floor walk-up in a historic Newport building. There are 17 steps leading up to the landing. Recently updated and trimmed in beautiful wood throughout, including wood floor.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment. Three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry.

Other things to note
The jewelry store that is located directly under this apartment is owned by me. I have been a jeweler for over 50 years. Custom jewelry, repairs, sizing, watch batteries, etc. can all be found here. Don't forget to stop in for a gift for your loved one! Gold, silver, platinum, costume. It's all here!
