We love our neighborhood! Great neighbors who we actually spend time with and help out whenever it's needed. It's a great community of friends.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken's casita. It is charming, comfortable, homey, fully equipped, with good Wi-Fi--and for us a definite highlight was the art displayed throughout the home, a wonderful eclectic collection. Ken is very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.
We loved turning down Forrester St into this Old Town neighborhood, which felt like home. Ken and Lisa were warm and welcoming and the house is extraordinary - well designed, with interesting art throughout, and oh so comfortable.
We enjoyed staying at Ken's place very much! Ken was a very responsive and helpful host, and made sure our stay was comfortable. The 2-story house is clean, modern and tastefully decorated, with easy access to the highways and the airport. Also enjoyed meeting his lovely daughters and 2 dogs.
Ken and his family provided us a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the land of enchantment. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and accommodations they provided. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen provided us everything we needed. Ken was also very helpful in giving us suggestions for local eateries and cafes.
The location of the house is outstanding as it provides convenient access to town (if you wish to explore locally) or the highway for day trips (as we often did). Definitely plan on staying here again in the future!
Wonderful hosts, experience! My daughter loved visiting with their daughter and playing on their swing set too. Thanks! We will be back!
Ken was a great host! Even if we only did see him for a whole 20 minutes. My fiancé and I were driving from Austin, TX to Alburqurque, NM. A drive that we thought would not take long, but took 12 hours. During the drive Ken and I texted. I wanted to make sure I kept him inform of our arrival time, and he promptly texted back. Once we arrived, Ken showed us our "casita" and gave us recommendations to grab food and drinks.
The accommodations were awesome. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bed. In a safe and quiet nieghborhood. A ahort drive to resturants, bars and shopping. Highly recommend this place. Thanks, Ken!
We really enjoyed our short stay at Ken's place. The unit is spacious, well lit, and very comfortable, and the inclusion of two friendly spaniels to play with doesn't hurt either :). It's a short walk to Old Town, and once you get your hands on a rental bike it's easy to explore the rest of the city. We particularly enjoyed the three parts of the Albuquerque BioPark (aquarium, botanical garden and zoo) and cycling along the Bosque.

We are both native New Mexicans, Ken being born and raised in Taos and Lisa in Albuquerque. We are proud to live in Albuquerque with our two daughters, Pearl and Ysabel, ages 3 and 16 months. Ken is a Designer, Lisa is a cellist. Albuquerque has a flourishing art and music community and we feel so lucky to both be working in fields we love. We also really enjoy traveling and try to do it as much as possible! And we love staying with other airbnb-ers as it's such an excellent way to get the true flavor of a place, and to get personal recommendations for local food and attractions. We have thoroughly enjoyed hosting people from so many different corners of the planet, and are pleasantly surprised how many amazing folks come through our town! We look forward to meeting you and sharing our passion for the American Southwest.
