Wake up in the morning and enjoy coffee on a screened porch facing a white oak forest, one of the largest hardwood urban forests in the US. In the evening, step onto the deck and throw some steaks on the Big Green Egg smoker/grill. Enjoy a glass of wine while looking over a landscaped, private, fenced back yard. My home was designed around a simple concept: living well is the best revenge. The house includes a multi-media center with 42 inch TV. The master bedroom contains a queen Tempurpedic bed. The upstairs bedroom has one full size bed. The gourmet kitchen includes two sinks, Kitchenaid gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and coffee maker. Bath contains tub and shower. Clothes washer and dryer. Hi speed WiFi and cable. Museum quality mid-Century furnishings and art throughout the house. Central air. Property is pet friendly.
Guests will have full access to the house with the exception of an upstairs storage room.

The home is located in Jefferson Park neighborhood, a tightly-knit community of 1,000 residents. Homes are mostly carefully restored 1920s and 1930s Craftsmen bungalows with some newer architecture. Immediate neighbors are willing to answer your questions if needed.
