Enjoy our lovely space with a beautiful garden, sun terrace, and fantastic mountain views. The room has a clean, new attached bathroom with 24-hour hot water shower with good pressure. We are located in a very quiet area next to open fields and the main square is only 5 minutes walk. Guests have access to our shared kitchen and dining room as well. We're walking distance from the bus stop. We are very kid and family friendly. We have a secure area to leave luggage. We are a local family and are interested in meeting travellers from around the world. We have other rooms as well if you're travelling with a group.
Please just clean up after yourself in the common areas. No smoking in the room of course (outside is OK). We lock the outside door at around 10pm so if you're planning to stay out later, let us know (or knock loudly). Other than that we're pretty relaxed :D
I loved this place! It was so quiet and peaceful!
Our room resembled a log cabin inside and even had a little kitchen. It was SUPER clean and had a deep, soaking tub (something I have not seen in Peru yet).
Please make sure you know which location you are reserving! They have two buildings- one in the "center" of town on Calle Vigil, a few blocks from the market, and then a second location only a few blocks past that and nestled against a large open field with a mountain view (on Huatana Picchu st, sort of behind the hospital and sports field).
We stayed in the "mountain" one and I would highly recommend this location! Only a few blocks further than the Calle Vigil location but felt like a different world.
I am going to try to upload a map that I wrote on to help you find it.
On a side note- the beds are more like larger twin sized beds so not really suitable for 2 people (at least in the unit we were in).
This is a really nice little B & B in a lovely setting. We started the trip in Pisac to acclimitize at the lower altitude before going to Cusco and I think this is a great idea. The B & B has a lovely little garden and it's in a great location- just a short walk from the main square but enough removed that you get great views of the mountains. We stayed in room 1 which is very good for a family- 1 big bed and two small ones. Room had a good view and was nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable but the pillows are typically Peruvian- which is to say, flimsy and not very comfortable. One other thing I would recommend is earplugs because this is a residential area with barking dogs, crowing roosters and so on. Again, typical in Peru but if you are coming from some other country, you might be surprised.
Libertad, the young lady who sort of runs the place, is incredible! She was so remarkably helpful and friendly, she really made our stay wonderful. She even found a way to fix the zipper on my son's coat and refused to accept payment. What a pleasure to enjoy the hospitality of this nice family run B & B. Thanks, guys!
Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking at the last minute. I imagine that Deryk's place is wonderful. Pisac is a fantastic place with amazing markets, interesting people, lots of alternative travellers, and is set in a spectacular setting. Well worth going to to get away from the dust and business of Cusco.
My stay here was terrific. I only wish it had been for more than one night! The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was quite modern and the shower was good and hot. The room also had nice views of the surrounding mountains.
Hi, I'm from Nelson, BC, Canada, and my wife is from Pisac, Cusco Peru. We love to travel and meet new people. We also enjoy peace and quiet. We have two young daughters Atiyana and Hatariy.
