Tyrolean chalet on the farm, built in 2009, 4 bedrooms for 8-10 guests, huge kitchen, stunning dining room made from pine wood, two spacious bathrooms. Just 12 km to Hintertuxer Glacier or 3 km to Penken via the lift in Finkenberg. Lonely location on the cow farm - fresh milk and eggs, but with WiFi and nearest shops and restaurants just 3 km from the house (by car).

Because the house is very spacious, it is perfect for a group of friends or several families staying together.
The house has 2 floors and includes:
4 bedrooms for up to 10 guests
a large, fully equipped kitchen
a stunning pine wood dining room
2 bathrooms (one with two showers, and one with a shower and a bathtub)
2 separate toilets
a terrace and 2 balconies
ski storage (with boot dryer)

On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, one double bedroom, one bathroom (with two showers), and one toilet. Please note: to reach the entrance of the house, you must go up a set of stairs, and there is no lift. This is important if you are travelling with older guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

Guests can use the whole house (except the basement). It's a huge semi-detached house - one part is for guests and the owner Martin lives in the other one.

Please note that the minimum number of guests is 4 in the summer and 8 in the winter. Additional guests are subject to extra charges, which vary by season. Unfortunately, Airbnb’s pricing system cannot reflect this variation accurately, so please contact me directly for a detailed offer.

There is a washing machine and a dryer available. Please ask Martin to show you where they are and how to operate them. The charge is €7 per use, per appliance.

Calm location on the farm stay with beutifull view on the surrounding mountains. The house is on the hill, outside a village Innerberg in secluded place. It's a real farm stay so there are animals like cows, goats, chickens, dog, cats etc. The house has a large terrace (partly roofed).
WINTER
Great location for your winter holiday! The house is located in the village Innerberg, that is in the famous mountain valley Zillertal. In the valley you can enjoy 5 ski resorts. The skipass for more than 1,5 day is valid for all resorts in the valley.
Distances to ski resorts
- 3 km to Finkenberg or Vorderlanersbach - cable car to well known ski resort Penken/Mayrhofen
- 12 km to Hintertuxer Glacier (opened the whole year)
- 16 km to Zillertal Arena
- 14 km to Hochfügen-Hochzillertal (via Kaltenbach)
- 30 km to Spieljoch (small family resort)
The skibus stop is 350 m from the house - but please note the house is on the hill, so back home you have to walk up hill. The skibus can take you to 3 places
- Finkenberg, where is the lift Finkenberger Almbahnen going to the resort Penken
- Vorderlanersbach, where is the lift Rastkogel, heading to the resort Penken
- Hintertux, where is the famous glacier Hintertux.
It's possible to go by bus to Mayrhofen, where you change for a train, that is going to the ski resort Zillertal Arena or Hochfzillertal-Hochfügen, but it takes around one hour .
Nearest tracks for cross country skiing are 3 km from the house in Vorderlanersbach. There are tracks from Vorderlanersbach up to Madseit. In total 28 km of tracks, entrance for free.
