Enjoy private entrance to this first floor apartment. Diverse landscapes from desert canyons to alpine mountains are all nearby. We are halfway up The Grand Mesa. With 300 lakes, it is the world's largest flat-topped mountain. Drive from home 12 miles to it's National Forest Boundary. 5 more miles to the Visitor's Center. 13 miles further to Powderhorn Ski Resort to ride the chairlifts with your mountain bike in the summer. Public access to the Gunnison River is 10 miles downhill from our home.

Very simple. Basic needs are supplied. Quiet neighborhood. Good home base for many activities in the Grand Mesa area.

Good place to stay if you have dogs. I only spent one night but full kitchen plus W/D make a good multi day place.

Excellent value for the location. Extremely clean, and exactly as advertised. While the apartment is dog friendly, the dogs in the apartment above do bark quite a lot, which may cause issues if your dog is reactive to barking. There is also a cat that roams around the…

While the place was good, gave us a place to sleep while traveling and was beautiful on the outside, the inside is a bit dated. Between the single ply toliet paper and the place was very hot, made it difficult to sleep. Its average and a place to sleep. Plus, cute fluffy cat.
