The space
If you enjoy gorgeous sunsets and falling asleep to the sound of gently lapping water, then this cozy lakeside cabin on the Eastern shores of Cayuga Lake is just for you! 90 feet of level beach with fire pit and dock. Only 38 steps separate the cabin from the lake, where you will find kayaks, a paddle boat, and a fire pit!

Inside you will enjoy the sunny main living area with the rustic charm of wood floors, beamed ceilings, and a huge decorative stone fireplace. A recently upgraded jack-and-jill bathroom separates the queen and twin bedrooms, each with its own ceiling fan. There is a queen sofa bed in the main living area. Enjoy preparing meals in the cozy galley kitchen which contains a breakfast bar overlooking the lake. You can also grill and dine outside on the deck.

The cabin is heated and can be used year round. Wifi is also available. With our Roku you can stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney +, and ESPN + on the TV, but please note that there is no cable or broadcast service. The water source is the lake, and the water is both filtered and purified before it comes to the faucets. Laundry facilities, an extra refrigerator, and a half bathroom are located in the basement, which is even closer to the beach! There is off-street parking for 3 cars.

The deck and house boast expansive views overlooking the water. Enjoy views of Taughannock Park, Myers Point, and a peek of Cornell from the dock. Convenient to Cornell, Ithaca College, and Finger Lakes Wineries.

This property is suitable for children over 8. Parental guidance for children on stairs, deck, and beach is required at all times.
