About this listing
Cosy 37sqm 1BD located in a heritage 1930's art deco building in the heart of Achrafieh at the door of Saifi Village, Gemayzeh and Monot neighborhoods. The best of Beirut nightlife is only steps away, yet the apartment is in a quiet spot of town.
The space is warm and wonderfully located to enjoy Beirut's best day and night life at walking distance. The flat is part of a charming old art deco 1930's building. It can comfortably fit 2 people and a 3rd person can also be lodged on a folding bed.
I provide my guests with books, guides and maps of Beirut and Lebanon. Some coffee, tea and bottled mineral water are offered upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests
I take great pleasure in guiding my guests through the best places to visit in Lebanon, according to the time frame they have. From restaurants, pubs, art galleries, historical sites, beach clubs, hiking paths, skiing/snow shoeing, etc.
My neighborhood still has what Beirut is slowly but surely loosing: traditional architectural character and green space! We are blessed with the Tabet property immense garden and the Jesuits old school and church. The street also lodges the Monot theater and the Oriental public library that abounds with 16th century manuscripts.
The apartment is very well located as everything can be found in the neighborhood on foot! Buses and taxis stops are at 50 meters. Nearest beach clubs are only 1.5km away. Moreover, nightlife in the Gemayzeh and Monot pubs and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking distance.
Airport is at a 10 minute drive when traffic is fluid. In order to facilitate my guests arrival, I offer a safe and reliable taxi service to the apartment for $25.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is located on ground floor, so light is not one of its assets. Therefore, I kindly ask you to keep your light expectations low, thank you.
We have another studio located right next door that you can check on: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2185129?s=2Pdj
The apartment is strictly NON-smoking. I love animals but some guests are allergic to animals fur, so unfortunately no pets are allowed. Apart from those 2 rules, please feel at home.
