Beautiful studio . 100% private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Free bikes. Mountain views.. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator & cooking supplies. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a folding spare bed in the closet behind the TV. TV and Wi-Fi, with a smart TV.. no smoking. The main house fenced yard and driveway are not included in the rental.

The space
To check out bikes let me know ahead of time. Parking is in the street only please do not park n the driveway as my cars will be blocked in. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"

I do have a friendly dog that may be out in my yard.

Other things to note
Please contact me for the pet fee which is charged separate at $20 per week. When bringing pets guests are entirely responsible for cleaning up after their them, this includes cleaning of all pet hair. Allowing animals on the furniture is not allowed unless a cover provided by the guest is put down and no pets on the bed if you must they have to be on a blanket or cover provided by the guest. snow removal is done by the guests however I will help and do it if I’m home from work. Thanks

Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment.
