The accommodations are perfect in a prime location. We could not have been happier. The host was present, attentive, fun and went above and beyond. He coordinated a driver to and from San Jose and all of our outings, all of which were excellent, fairly priced and convenient. The home is lovely! We stayed in one of three two bedroom homes of the villa. Our two bedroom was on an entire floor, with sweeping ocean views, wrap around porch with hammocks and hot tub. The pool is spacious and the other guests were concientous. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is air conditioning in the bedrooms (and you don't need it with the ocean breezes elsewhere) and wifi and tv cable. The villa is perfectly situated with restaurants and a market just down the street in one direction and the beach in the other. You can hear howler monkeys daily, and we saw other monkeys on our porch. I highly recommend staying here for any reason. My family of three boys, husband and I will definitely stay here again.

monkeys on the balcony (twenty at a time) if you're quiet. buy a watermelon, cut it up and set it out. they love it. gorgeous views and ez walking to lots of good food. great beach with everything you'd want, a couple of miles away. we found a car useful, not necessary. laurent is usually around and can answer any question. he provided us with an extra mattress and even offered laundro services. great food within walking. a perfect week away. i would not recommend for six people, though. unless two are kids and can share a pretty stiff futon. or the hammocks: we enjoyed very much sleeping in those

This is one of the best locations in Manuel Antonio. You can walk to everything including the beach, stores, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants etc & bus stop is right at the corner that takes you to the beach or into Quepos. You don't need a car. The views are amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It was clean and had what we needed amenity wise. Laurent is a super host and will let you know the best spots to visit and tours to take. We will be back for sure! Loved Laurent!!!

Great host and location. Very easy with kids. View is amazing. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Bus at the end of the street to go to Quepos or Manuel Antonio park and beaches. Laurent has plenty of good tricks to give you too: the right place to go for lobsters!!

First off, this house is absolutely gorgeous. Just staying here was certainly one of the highlights of the trip. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. Even better though is the location. It is smack dab in the middle of where you want to be in Manuel Antonio. Perfect spot. Additionally, Laurent is the man, very helpful and quick to respond even when he is in another country. Hector, his onsight help is great as well. Overall this is one of the best air bnb's I've ever stayed in and it comes highly recommended.

Views Location Monkeys- Great 2 weeks in Manuel Antonio. We have visited many places in Costa Rica but this was our first time here. Loved our stay at Height-View in National Park. Our top priorities for this trip were Views, Locations to activities (traveling with millennials) and being around wild life. Everything was covered here. The iconic view of the Manuel Antonio Park was amazing from the master bedroom, living area, patio and pool. Lots of great photo ops here especially early morning and sunset. We had a car but had little need for it. There are fantastic restaurants right next door and just down the block. Seafood, falafal, pasta, great breaksfasts, cosada and more tasty selections all within walking distance as well as entertainment in a few of the restaurants. The Holis Spa/Yoga studio is super close with excellent yoga and they have fabulous mini facials for just 45 dollars. Really a nice experience and a divine view out the window. Monkeys came to visit us 3 times during our stay- a group of Cupachin monkeys some of them carrying babies on their backs and q group of adorable and friendly squirrel monkeys. We were able to get some memorable videos and pictures right on the patio. We saw a couple of sloths in the trees around the property and parrots, macaws, and many other birds did fly bys or even a short stop very close by the patio. We could hear tucans throughout the day. As far ar the amenities, everything we needed was there and Laurent was very helpful setting up tours and giving recommendations. He has super good communication and went out of his way to make our stay very special. The pool is right out the door and a welcome diversion after a full day of activities. Fantastic view from here. We liked that there was secure space for our car and we also liked the gas stove. Note- there is no washer and dryer in the rental itself. They can however wash a few of your things if needed. There were plenty of clean linens, hot water a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. Favourite things to do- a trip to Manuel Antonio PARK was great but really you can see a lot of wild life just walking around. The beaches in side the park were national geographic gorgeous and the most busy beaches we have seen on Costa Rica. Really worth the park admission just to get to these gems. Lots of monkeys, coatis and racoons hanging out close to the beaches so watch your lunches and any shiney objects. The public beach outside the park is wonderful too. We liked renting a couple of lounge chairs and umbrella for 10 dollars and enjoying this beautifully chill place. Also the ceviche is fabulous. Tip- Take the bus back and forth it's cheap and a nice experience. Other enjoyable activities rafting, parasailing and a mangrove boat tour.
