The perfect Ocean City vacation location! Come enjoy the largest single family, luxury home in downtown Ocean City Proper. Bring the entire family or larger group of friends to the beach for all 4 seasons. Ocean City is a wonderful place to enjoy the beach, boardwalk and all Coastal Maryland has to offer!

The space
Bright, beautiful, open floor plan with wood floors through out, granite counter tops and new stainless appliances ready for big gatherings. This beautiful home was renovated 2018 with large family and friends enjoyment in mind. This fabulous property has all brand new furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, 65" tv, free Wifi and key-less entry and an endless hot-water system. Last man in the shower doesn't mean getting a cold shower at our house after a day at the beach!
We are ready for your group with plenty of new beds: 4 Queens (2 are sleeper sofas) ,
4 singles & 4 doubles. All bedding and bath towels are included.
We are 1 block from the beautiful beach and boardwalk, full of rides and traditional Maryland foods. Back at the house we have added plenty of games in the nook for the kiddos. Great for family game nights ... or even poker for the big kids. As well as out door games like corn hole and much more.
This house is also on the same property as our multi-unit suites. There are four suites directly behind the house. All four suites and the house share the driveway which only fits five regular sized vehicles. We give each suite and the house one parking spot each in the driveway. There is free street parking for additional vehicles that is first come first serve or there are pay to park lots close by as well.
There is a deck behind the house with a table and games that is a shared space between the house and the multi-unit suites behind it.
We are not permitted to have a grill so there is not one on site and please do not bring your own.
We do not have any beach chairs, towels or toys so please bring your own or you may purchase them at any of the local stores!
Guest access
There is one driveway for the house and the multi-unit suites we rent out. Each unit we rent out is allowed one parking spot in the driveway and no more. We want one parking spot to be available for each of our guests staying. Other parking options are listed above.
There is a large back deck and it is a shared space with the multi-unit suites behind the house.
Other things to note
We have this house and four multi-unit suites behind the house on the same property and our driveway only fits five regular sized vehicles. We like to allow each guest staying in one of our units or the house one parking spot each. There is free parking on the street that is first come first serve or you may park across the Rt. 50 bridge at the West Ocean City Park & Ride for free. The park and ride is a 5 minute round trip from the units. We know only having one parking spot is not ideal but this is a beach town and everything is close together as we are in the heart of The Inlet so space is limited. In the summer we are fully booked and we want to make sure each of our guests has at least one spot in our driveway.
Bedroom 1 & 2 are on the second floor and have bunk beds in them and one bathroom. This is a shared space, meaning the wall between bedroom 1 & 2 is knocked out making it an open shared room between the two. The bottom bunk is a double bed and the top is a single bed. There are a total of four bunk beds, two in each bedroom. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and bathroom in it. One the main floor there is one bedroom with a queen bed in it. There is also two sofa's that pull out into couch beds on the main floor. there is a laundry room with a shower in it and a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink. There is a total of 12 beds but the house can sleep up to 20 people comfortably.
We do not have any beach chairs, blankets or toys available, please bring those with you or purchase them at any of the local stores within walking distance from the house.
We have a 10:00pm quite time and no parties rule. There is someone keeping an eye on the property at all times.
