The space
The space is an attached guest house that is approximately 750 sq. ft. It has two levels. The first level is the living room with a sofa bed. The master bathroom is down stairs. The second level the master bedroom with powder room. It has a queen size bed and day bed. There is a is no kitchen facilities to cook, but we have a fridge and microwave for you.

Do not skip the check in guide. I will send it to you on the day of. If you don’t use it, you will get lost!

Close to two upscale malls (~2 miles away), 6.7 miles from LAX, 13 miles to Downtown LA, 40 minutes to Disneyland and 2 hours from San Diego's SeaWorld. The beach is about 4 miles away. There are tons of fun local dining establishments, from casual beachfront dining to upscale restaurants, all within 15 minutes of the suite.

I have been a happy Airbnb traveler for over 10 years internationally. The experience has been so wonderful that I wanted to share my home as an Airbnb provider in Los Angeles. I am married with no children. I am a Yelp Elite member and know the best places to eat in the area. I speak 4 languages - primary is English, Cantonese ,Vietnamese, and some Spanish. I do social work part time by doing adult education in parenting. I am social when people want to be social and also can leave people alone, but what comes naturally is to be very accommodating for my guests.

Because we want to respect your privacy, the interaction will be left to your discretion, but if you have questions, we're only a text message away. Since we live in the front unit of the property, we can get to you easily.
(Keep in mind that I work full-time (6:30AM-4:30 PM) but able to answer many questions via text message)
We might bump into each other outside through passing or during gardening, but interaction will be minimal as we understand the need for privacy while you are on vacation.
