The condo was VERY clean and MUCH bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise. Great size for a family and could easily accommodate 6 people. Very convenient to the Pigeon Forge strip and was not bothered by any traffic noise or lights. We didn't visit the pool or hot tub.
Would suggest bringing your own towels as the ones provided aren't great.
Josh was very helpful and efficient. However, we paid quite a sum for apartment cleaning and this was not done to a good standard. There was 'soft' chewing gum in the wash basin; peanuts under the chairs and water in the fridge. No wrist bands were provided for the swimming pool - so we were unable to use this facility.
The apartment could do with upgrading as the iron didn't work and the settee was heavily stained.
There was a lack of facilities e.g a chopping board - I had no problem using the work top, but I expect the owner would have complained if it had been damaged. There were no hangers for clothes. We took the time to report all of this to Josh.

About the Host, Josh
One of my favorite destinations is the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee and North Carolina. The Appalachian Trail is an awesome way to see it, but I love to travel by car so I can be more spontaneous, stopping at colorful roadside attractions, or discover an amazing natural site, maybe a hidden waterfall or wildlife.
