Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment, part of a 4 storey traditional white house at Estepona Port. It has own entrance, private and furnished patio, 3 communal pools and garden areas , wifi, and parking. Completely new, decorated with a touch of Moorish Andalucia . Just 2 minutes walk from supermarkets, shops, bar, restarurants, and local markets . Playa del Cristo under 10m walk.

The space
The apartment has a spacious double bedroom, one bathroom and a bright open-plan kitchen/dining room with a double sofa-bed. Direct access to a private patio, with views to the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with small fridge, 3 hob ceramic stove, oven- microwave and washing machine. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and yet close to local amenities. We, the owners, live in the main house and will do our best to help you make the most of your stay!
The access to the property is through the garage, which has a pedestrian door. The nearest pool to the flat is only 10 metres away. You will have access to 3 different pools within the Estate.
The house location is ideal to walk everywhere, though the area is quite hilly! No need to hire a car if you like walking. Bus stops and taxi ranks are just 10 minutes walk with links to Marbella and Gibraltar.
I (Lola) am a fully qualifed, native Spanish teacher with sound experience in Adult Education, and Corporate Spanish training in London. If you would like to learn a new skill and enrich your holiday experience, getting a real sense of Spanish Culture, join me for some fun, conversational lessons.

Guest access
Guests can use the 3 pools available in the estate, within 5 minutes walk all of them, our book and film library, and bike hire (7€ per day).

We really love this location! It's a quiet and authentic Spanish neighbourhood, and yet so close to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Most of the house in our estate are occupied by local residents who live here all year.

Please enquire especially about weekly and up to monthly stays. We are a well travelled family that has lived in London, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. My husband Richard is English/Bolivian, and I am from Madrid. We have a 10 year old little boy who lives with us and a 25 year old daughter who lives in London. We have lived in London for many years and moved permanently to Estepona in August 2 thousand and 14. I am a personal development coach and a teacher of English and Spanish. In the UK, I had my own language company specialised in Corporate tuition in the Financial City of London; at the moment I run a small business teaching Spanish and English. Richard was a designer in his first career and then retrained as a psychotherapist. He has a practice in Marbella, Gibraltar and online worldwide. We love the Spanish lifestyle and offer a ground floor self-contained apartment in an exquisite typical town house near the port of Estepona to individuals, couples and children. Sorry no pets. The port apartment has similar amenities; bathroom, TV, WiFi and enclosed balcony. It consists of one double bedroom and one sofa bed in the main room. Sleeps maximum 4 people. There is also disability access. We are 10 minutes from the beach and a thriving port area offering a wide variety of restaurants. The beauty of our home is that it is in a quiet, peaceful urbanisation yet close to night life if desired. Estepona is an old fishing town and has maintained its charm and character. It is situated between Gibraltar and Marbella with adequate transport links to both. For us it is a pleasure to meet people from all over the world and introduce them to the beauty and charm of this area, which we love so much, and to our warm and friendly home.
