Are you a couple and are you looking for a charming place for spent your weekend? You are on the right place!
Cà Giustina is a beautiful and cosy studio flat located on the ground floor of a lovely area called Castello in (website hidden)'s very close to S. Marco square and Rialto bridge (10 minutes by feet). The flat has a lot of character, very clean and comfortable with lots of space, big windows, wooden beams, sunny and nice furniture. The flat is composed by: an open space where you have:1 kitchen, 1 king side bed, 1 sofa bed (for 2) and a private bathroom shower with toilet and sink. The price includes clean towels and bed linen. Breakfast is not included. The only charge is cleaning fee: € 30 to pay cash before the check-out.
The waterbus stop is just 3 minutes walking way (Ospedale);taking public transport in 22 minutes you can go to train station (line 5.1) and in 25 minutes to the Bus station piazzale Roma (line 5.1). Very convenient in getting around Venice. You can walk to the old city center in 25 minutes. Easy to get to and from the main airport Marco Polo taking the waterbus Alilaguna (only € 13 one way if you book on line) until Fondamente Nove, 8 minutes walking way from home. Things to not miss around are: two interesting churches: S. Francesco della Vigna and S.Giovanni e Paolo, this last one has a lot of bars and terrace cafè where to stop by for a cappuccino or a drink. The area is very quiet because it 's a very narrow and cul de sac street and has some restaurants, bars, and one supermarket close by. Biennale in Giardini Area is only 10-15 minutes on feet and from the waterbus stop you can join Venezia Lido. The most important attractive thing is: window looks out to a lovely Venetian channel. That means a very romantic stay for 2 in Venice, but even for a family who wants have an authentic holidays!
So enjoy your stay in venice!

This flat in Venice was everything we were expecting! A great place to spend 3 full days. Monica was very helpful with directions as well as leaving the key for us when our flight was 3 hours late! Very accommodating! Only drawback is there is no Wifi within the apartment, you must go to the square a few blocks away to access the Internet. The flat was located in a very non-touristy area which made it even more perfect. The picture window overlooking a canal was the best part. Just be aware of mosquitoes! I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Venice!

It was fun to stay there, because it was clean and located in a quieter part of venice, convenient to stay and to relax from the numerous impressions in this fabulous city. it is located just by a canal but is quiet in the night. the vaporetto stop is 5 min away, the centre in a 20min wakling distance. It can definitly recommend it and would return there.

We had a super good time here!
Very cute & cozy and right next to the water.
It's situated away from the tourist traps, yet close enough to walk most places.
If they just provided wifi, this place would be perfect.
But overall, very nice.
The second leg of our honeymoon was spent in this flat in Venice. It is a few minutes walk from the Ospidale water bus stop and is walkable to most sites in (website hidden). Marks, Arsenale and Giardini are all within fifteen minutes walk. Monica (Paola's agent?) met us at the train station and provided sufficient directions to the flat.
quiet, comfortable and affordable
away from most tourist traps, however close enough to visit
great view of the canal
NO WiFi! We would have rate this flat a 5, however the lack of WiFi left us scavenging stray internet connections from the ether.
All communications with Monica were through email rather than archived through this site.
This is the best place to stay in Venice, it is close to the islands and st. marks, yet not over run with tourists in the summer. it is close to a vaporetto stop, grocery store and right on the canal. we loved reading by the big window in the mornings looking over the canal and it was so nice to make our own breakfasts and midday snacks in the kitchen. if you are going to venice stay here!
