Sleeps up to 2, two in double bed. This beautiful apartment opens directly into the largest garden within the walls of historic Spello. It overlooks the spectacular Umbria valley and the famed Properzio Towers. Its one large open space which comprises a bed, couch and table. A few steps down from the bedroom/ living room is fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The ceiling in the green tiled bathroom is carved into the rock.

The space
The space is warm, beautifully decorated and charming. Very romantic to use the garden and watch sunsets while sipping a glass of local wine or espresso.

I am a human rights advocate . My husband has s a real estate managment company. My husband and I are passionate traveler and love great food and wine, art and music. We wanted to have a home in Italy, so we bought this beautiful medieval property a few years ago for ourselves, but since it was too big we made it into 4 units with the help of a famous local architect. I have roots in Italy, although I live in California and have people on the ground taking care of my property and checking people in. I provide itineraries and lists of reccommendations to our guests. Managing this property for me is a passion. I cannot live without seeing the world ( I have traveled most of if so far) We recently came back from Burma(Myanmar) . I cannot live without fresh fruit and vegetables, a good cappuccino , a gelato , good music and a good book . My favorite travel destination is Umbria, where our house is. I like to stay in a place where everything is provided such as a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine.
