House is brand spanking new, clean, beautifully landscaped, has no pet dander but does have 2 waterfalls - one in the large hot tub and one off the patio!
4 car driveway, hot tub, ski storage, large patio with waterfall, barbecue and patio heater.
Newport avenue is dotted with eclectic shops, restaurants, pub/breweries, bike trails, parks, playgrounds, all within walking distance!
It's was a pretty good experience. Everyone had fun, and the house was great.
Jeff was super welcoming and flexible with our changing arrival time. The home is as described: new, clean, built solely for vacation rentals (Jeff lives in a separate attached home). Walkable to many good spots in Bend. The only gotcha for us was the locked thermostat - A/C wasn't set to keep up with a hot weekend. Overall excellent.
Jeff and Jolee's home in the Newport neighborhood of Bend is ideal. Whether you are skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or interested in exploring Bend's downtown the house couldn't be in a better place. Don't let the bustle of Newport Street steer you a way from this gem. Inside it is as quite and private as it would be if you were in the mountains. The house is beautifully appointed with every detail attended to. Three beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms are quite and include the extras a family with small children might be looking for. If you are into cooking, the kitchen is perfectly set up. The patio out back has everything you need for a bbq or a soak. We had a great time and will recommend Jeff and Jolee to our friends.
Great place. Brand new and in a great location. Super easy to get anywhere in Bend from here.
Jeff's home hit the spot! We were weary travelers in town for a meeting and he opened up his place on the spur of the moment, got us situated, and everything was fine. Thanks, Jeff!
