I am a full time student but travel often,the space is my home and not a full time sublet - it is mostly available for long weekends and then for longer trips.
Please be aware there is an additional cost for extra guests- I try to keep the place competitive in price for the two travellers but due to the large size I am happy to accommodate more people and act as 2 br, but the price will change with more guests- please feel free to ask for a quote and rates that work for you and I will manage each request to fit your needs!

Other things to note
This is a home and tended with care so please be respectful of the space, it is truly a wonderful relaxation and retreat spot, but if you want to party hard this is not your spot.
No shoes once inside the house.

I am a San Francisco Native and PhD researcher in integrative medicine. I am often travellng for conferences and workshops. I am a big entertainer in my home so my kitchen is filled wtih serving platters, spices and even a couch to have guests hang around while I prepare meals. I love plants and my house is filled with them, the place has been in the family for years and has great local character. My housemate lives in a separate apartment below and can help out with any questions during your stay.
