Interaction with Guests
This is a share house with other working professionals late 30's - early 30's. We are a well travelled, urbane, and fun group to have a glass of wine with.
It is affluent, has wide tree lined avenues. Every conceivable cuisine is within walking distance. Lots of choices for shopping - from Woolworths to macro and organic. Central to everything. But a village not a ghetto. There is a reason this is one of the most sought after expensive suburbs in Sydney. !

Other Things to Note
NEWBIES TO AIRBNB - This probably means you don't have any verifications or references. Please note- to stay in our house - we need to be able to recognise you when you arrive at the front door (seems reasonable doesn't it?). So please make sure you you have passport or equivalent quality photo on your profile before asking for availability or to book. Also some information which could be verified somehow. We care about who will be staying in the house. If that is all OK with you - we look forward to verifying and confirming your reservation.
•No parties, no pets.
•Non smokers only (to be clear that includes social smokers, “only smoke outside” smokers, just have the occasional cigarette smokers…: “trying to give up” smokers… )
•The room is available for the person in the confirmation and only ONE person.
•The room must be left clean with all rubbish placed in the outside bins.
We welcome guests who are aware of others and will contribute to the upkeep of the house rather than being a burden on it. These expectations ensure we have a great vibe in the house as it is a clean, pleasant and easy place to live.
* We ask that you wash up and put away what you have used before you leave the kitchen, wipe down benches - so the kitchen is as clean and inviting every time someone walks in.
*We ask that you also contribute to putting the rubbish out, and anything too large for the bin – you take outside to the main rubbish bin.
We have some pride in our living space. It is a really big kitchen, with loads of bench space and pretty easy to keep clean.
If this works for you and you feel comfortable with these things – we would welcome an inquiry from you and hope our dates work.
This was the second time staying here while visiting Sydney. Karin was again very welcoming and always communicated well and in a timely manner.
This is my second stay at Karin's place and like previous stay, the place is clean, quiet and comfortable with staying with mature professionals. Enjoyed the conversations and companies with them and went out together as well.
Karin's place was great. Close to everything, clean, spacious and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
Karin was a great host. The apartment was clean and well kept. She was always available to contact, helpful in planning places to see and willing to lend books to read. The apartment is in a good location in a quiet side street but still within 5 minutes walking distance to shopping and cafés in Bondi Junction. It made a good base for exploring Sydney as the apartment is midway between the city centre and Bondi beach. And the train station is a short walk away.
I had a great stay an would stay again.
Karin is a great host.
The house has large rooms and are all clean and tidy. Nice kitchen/living room area good cupboard space and 2 fridges.Great for buses and bondi junction 15mins walk. Quick communication and Was flexible with my dates at short notice.
To make it short: a great place to stay!
The location of the house is fabulous. You will find bars and cafes as well as places for eating (pizza hut, sushi, etc) after a few minutes walking. It's right next to lively bondi junction (shopping, restaurants). Buses which will take you to the famous bondi beach or the city are very close. You can get back home from the city by bus till late.
The house itself is clean and offers everything you need, same for the kitchen. The host Karin is very nice and personally maintaines the house and makes sure that everything works and is tidy.
Great room, great house and great location. I really enjoied my stay, thanks!
