Great and cozy place in the very center of Florence!
The appartment is small but perfect for two people (and we were there just to sleep).
The view on the terrace is amazing, the home was very clean, Francesco and his sister were very friendly : it was perfect!
Advice from Francesco were just great: you have to go to Trattoria Mario for lunch and to Osteria del Caffe Italiano for a pizza at dinner : Yummy !!!
PERFECTION!!! Francesco was super warm and accommodating, he met us at the exact time he said he would and helped with everything. He even printed out a map and told us what/what not to see and where/where not to go. It was the best place we stayed at in all of Italy. Thank you so much!!
Francesco was a wonderful host and the place is perfect for a couple. Francesco was prompt to greet us and show us the details of the home. The home was clean with the basic amenities. The location is wonderful - we were able to walk to the train station and only minutes away from the center of town. The roof deck is definitely a plus-enjoying some wine and cheese at sunset is just wonderful. I would definitely recommend this B&B!
The location of Francesco's apartment is phenomenal. It is very small but perfect for two people. There is enough of a kitchenette so that you can make yourself breakfast, or you could just go down the road to News Cafe! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
Your welcome to my daughter and boyfriend was very warm and inviting. They loved the flat and said it was very central and near to everything that is Florence. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality towards them. We look forward to staying there again in the future. With best regards. Corina
Francesco was charming, he made himself available but never intruded. The apartment was perfect, small but well equipped and tastefully appointed. The rooftop garden was an added treat. We loved our stay in Firenze, largely due to Francesco and our accommodations. The location was great and the grocery store across the street was particularly convenient. I highly recommend this apartment.
Francesco's place was a very quick and easy to get to from the train. From there, it was an easy walk to the sites on our list like Santa Maria Novelle and the galleries.
The place is a hike up stairs but the roof top terrace makes it completely worth it. We spent plenty of time up there soaking in the views and eating/drinking our finds from the nearby central market. We had some rain but no worries, there's a retractable awning! Inside, the kitchen was handy and the bed was comfortable. The AC was also great. The place was quite clean and well appointed.
Francesco himself was very pleasant and relaxed, a great host.

I'm a photographer and journalism professor here in Florence.
I love traveling and meeting other people. Reportage is one of my deepest interests as it brings you towards other people and other places.
We can definitely chat for hours about photography, and I'd be glad to walk around Florence for a quick walk & shoot session if we have time!
I also love cooking, the fresh veggy market is just around the corner, and when summer arrives there is generally a barbecue on the terrace every other weekend and hosts are invited!
