Our newly renovated 1-room single-bed apartment with separate house entrance and brand new bathroom is within walking distance of the historic old town of Bietigheim-Bissingen.
Within walking distance is a bus stop from where you can get to Bietigheim train station. Here the S-Bahn and RegionalExpress run every 10 minutes to Stuttgart or Heilbronn.

The space
A brand new daylight bathroom and kitchenette are provided alongside the combined bedroom and living area.

A beautiful sun terrace with wicker chairs and a wooden table are exclusive to the apartment.

The new, fully-equipped kitchen has: microwave, induction hobs, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hand blender and Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother.

For a first breakfast, coffee & tea, milk and, subject to availability, muesli, bread, butter, jam and honey are available.

The new bathroom has a large rain shower with washbasin and toilet.

The bright living-bedroom has a double bed, a spacious closet, a table with two chairs, a comfortable reading chair, LCD TV with integrated DVD player and the open kitchen.

In addition, the apartment has an iron with ironing board, a clothes rack and a bagless pole vacuum cleaner.
