-Kitchen fully equipped and ready for cooking utensils/pots/dishes/silverware, toaster, blender, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher (with detergent provided), fridge with ample shelf space, and ice maker/water dispenser
-We have 2 coffee makers, a Keurig (with few K-cups available) and a standard 12 cup coffee maker (there are typically filters available for use).

DOWNSTAIRS:
-Queen Bedroom Suite comes with a queen bed + den seating and 55 inch HD TV with Roku (with complimentary Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+) and Youtube TV for live channels + a video game system
-Downstairs bathroom contains large shower, bath tub, and double sink
-Access to side deck from Queen Bedroom suite
-Bunk room has small desk/work area
-Bunk room has full bed on lower portion (which can also be a sofa). The lower bed is pocket coil + foam hybrid, well reviewed, and very comfortable for sleeping. The upper bed is a twin and memory foam.
-Laundry room + complimentary detergent available to guests (with iron)
-1 Full size bathroom, with double sinks, large shower and separate bathtub
-Each bedroom has provided space for hanging clothes and hangers

OUTDOOR:
-Private pool and large deck with lounge seating (non-heated, pool open during warm months)
-Screened porch off of master bedroom, with a view, seating, table which serves as bonus space extending the master bedroom-- good for relaxing, or drinking coffee
-Hot tub on and ready for use (year round)
-Propane grill with grilling utensils
-Sunset viewing deck surrounding hot tub, with plenty of seating

*Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Driveway can accommodate 4 average size cars, possibly up to 5 max if some smaller.

12 concrete steps going from driveway to entrance of the house, which is the main level.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet neighborhood, safe and friendly. The ridge is full of historical monuments (with walking access via sidewalks), multiple reservations, cannons and sites all to commemorate the Civil War Battle of Missionary Ridge.

Our house is a 10-12 minute drive from downtown (no interstate required). Also, 12 minutes from Hamilton place area, for many restaurants and shopping. 11 minutes from Chattanooga airport. 9 minutes from Food City grocery store. Walmart Supercenter is 10 mins away. Publix on North Market St is 12 minutes away, Whole Foods is 14 minutes away (both in North Shore, downtown Chattanooga area).

I have lived in Chattanooga, TN most all of my life, but love to travel. I've lived in both California and Nepal, for short terms and loved them both. I love mountains and coasts, rivers and forests. I enjoy running, soccer, tennis, snowboarding, scuba and most anything outdoors. I love to learn from others' cultures and way of doing life. While at at home, I help run our family’s wedding venue, Mountain Willow Manor. I enjoy woodworking, home renovation projects, and spending time with family. I was so very lucky to meet Melody, who also grew up in Chattanooga her whole life. We met at the perfect time and now we get to do life together. Both our families live in the area, as well as many life-long friends. This is our home city and we absolutely love everything about it-- the land, the trees, the rivers, the mountains, the outdoor culture, the restaurants, the people and more. We enjoy spending as much time as we can outdoors, hiking, camping, sightseeing, and exploring. We also love being at home, cooking, taking in the sunset, and relaxing by the fire. Just in 2020, we had our first child, a baby boy! We are smitten and in love with the little guy beyond words! We look forward to opening our home to you for your Chattanooga experience.
